Third-party platforms may collect data through their embedded players under their own privacy policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
qsync is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. qsync does not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free operation, and does not endorse user-generated content or embedded media.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, qsync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions still apply.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
